When you select the Time rule, you are given a Time Option where you choose the duration of Time for which you want your game to run.

The second rule is called Stock a.k.a. the number of Lives of the character.
This is a number of times you have to knock off your rival before you can win the match.
The minimum Stock is 1, and the maximum is 99 which ensures a long of short fight depending on the player.
In the VS options, you are given several options that you can turn ON or OFF depending on your choice.
You can select the Quality of Appearance for your game and turn ON or OFF several options of Power-Ups like Beam Sword and Hammer.
